The breakfast here was top-notch! They had a great selection including fresh fruits and tasty sausage 🥓. It was a warm and satisfying start to my day.

Room stayed damp all night despite the air conditioner running

The beds were comfortable and A/C unit was convenient .

We had aunts in our luggage. We had water bugs or battles in our bathroom. The maid didn't leave new clean towels after making the bed. My husband, 3 boys, 2 daughters and grand baby spent 2 nights in 2 rooms . For the money I spent $ 135.00 a night per room I just expected cleaner and friendly staff. The district manager said sorry that's it. Also said her and other staff have bugs in their own private home. Definitely will never go back or recommend this place. Very very disappointed.

Had a really nice stay during a long road trip. The room was reasonably spacious and huge with a king-size bed. Wake-up service was provided, just in case.

Facilities look outdated and worn. One of the beds had a decent mattress. The other needed to be replaced. The door to our room was difficult to open. Had to lift the handle up to open; seemed backward. The toilet kept running everytime you flushed. Always had to pull the flush lever up to make it stop. A bus load of tourists prevented us from eating the breakfast.

The lady who checked us in was VERY nice and considerate. She was attentive and genuine. Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked that we were provided a mini fridge and microwave.

We did not have any bad experiences.

The room was pretty spacious, had nice natural light coming in, and a huge comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and had some great suggestions for me. 🌟

hot tub that was advertised on website and in room brochure was not present. Need to remove from advertisement!

The first room they put us in was next to the stairs and was very noisy. They were nice enough to move us but the next room was above the pool. So kinda noisy as well. The carpet In both rooms was coming up so we tripped over that a lot. Also the rooms smelled like chlorine. The hotel is a little run down and the rooms need some maintenance. Also the drains in the tubs did not drain well either and the toilets didn't flush good so some plumbing issues.

The hotel is well-maintained and offers a variety of goodies for breakfast. The room is cheap, spotless, and has bright daylight lighting. The staff is super friendly and the location is convenient, with restaurants and shopping options nearby.
